Export FrameMaker 8 file to XML - error finding template and dtd

Hello,

I'm following along with the FrameMaker 8 Help file from "Processing XML" to "Testing XML round-tripping" and when I try to export my FrameMaker 8 file to XML, I get the following message:

Error at file C:\DOCUME~1\MICHE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\FMT43.tmp, line 3, char 3,
Message: Could not open DTD file: C:\DOCUME~1\MICHE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\$STRUCTDIR\XML\Preface\Preface.dtd

Parse error at line 3, char 1: Error in processing external entity reference

Parsing aborted.

There is more to the error message, but it basically says the same as above.

This is the second time that I have followed along with the FrameMaker 8 Help tutorial from the beginning and each time I receive the same error message. This time I created my own structured document, but still get the same error.

Anyone else encounter this and have a solution?
