Removing Steps Heading "TASK"

I am currently facing an issue in Structured FM 11. In a task topic, when I add a new "steps" element, FM automatically adds a heading named "TASK" above the steps. I would want to modify or remove that heading as per my requirement.

Please note that I have tried searching in the following areas:

1. In the EDD where step, steps, and other elements are defined. It is not even a part of Prefex Rules.

2. In the Paragraph Designer, TASK prefix has not been used in any of the paragraph formats.

Please provide a solution to how can I modify this heading.
