Auto insert a graphic.

Hi all,

I am building an EDD from scratch. One element is "Safety" which has 3 options Warning, Caution or Note. I have formatted the text easy enough and can get a prefix no prob based on the choice selected. I also want to have an icon for each type displayed level with the text on the left of the page. Any ideas how I can do this?
