In Frame 6 we had the stupid SGML inclusions for Revst/Revend and we were able to render the revison bars by turning them on in the edd as such:

</TextFormatRules></Container></Element>
These documents are now being converted to XML and I know that inclusions are not allowed in XML, but if I have defined all the appropriate content models that Revst/Revend can occur in should I still be able to use the definition above to get the rev bars or is this behavior different in XML? Did Frame know these were inclusions and treat them differently?
Is there another way to get the "pseudo-asynch" tags to render the rev bars?
