I have an older DITA 1.1 manual developed in FM 9.0 that I have recently updated to DITA 1.2 within FM10.0. I thought I had everything straightened out and the documents are looking as expected on the screen using my structured application for this manual. However, anytime I try to Save As PDF or Save Ditamap to PDF, I get the error: "Unable to find the required structured application setting. Please check the settings in ditafm.ini." I have no issues generating PDF files from any other structured files. It seems related to this specific ditamap or structured application.
If anybody has any insights, I would greatly appreciate it.
Update: I've also noticed that when I have one of the DITA documents open and click "Select Structured Application", the dialog defaults to the old name of the structured application (which I renamed when I updated everything). The oddity is that this name doesn't exist anywhere in the structapps.fm file, nor in any of the DITA files. I have no idea where it is coming from. Note that I don't have extensive experience with DITA, but I am a regular user and developer of structured applications.
