FM10: any way to set view as element boundaries (as tags) to always show tags?

I'm using FM10 in TCS3 on Windows XP.

We upgraded from FM8 and in that version, eventually, the element tags were displayed whenever you opened a topic.  (It took about 1,000 times for it to learn, but eventually it did.) I've looked in preferences and there is no way to set this.  It would probably save me about 200 clicks a day if there's a way to set it.
