Bookmarks not appear when I generate a pdf

I generateaPDF fromstructuredFramemaker10.
Mybookcontainsstructuredfiles

When Icreated myPDFfrom thebook, I openall files.

But whenI want toselect items (elements / tags)to addtosetbookmarks,alldo not appear inthe dialog box.

Couldyou help me?
